The homeowners had their property professionally landscaped 15 yrs ago, and were pleased with the results. They were the first residents in their neighborhood to use xeriscape design priciples and subsurface drip for their lawn. Now that their kids are grown, they were envisioning a more 'adult-style' landscape for entertaining and relaxing, and were ready for a makeover. During a post-project followup visit, our project manager was told that they never hung out in this area previously, but NOW they use this space more than any room in the house!
