This project was a 6m ground floor flat roof extension in New Malden, Surrey, KT3. The extension had 2: 1m x 1m roof lights and 1: 2m x 1m roof light. This extension exterior of the extension had a rendered finish with large bi-fold doors. We fitted a new two tone Howdens kitchen, created a utility room and down stairs toilet with hardwood flooring throughout. Time lapse videos of different stages of this project can be seen below.
