This was an investor "flip". As you can see in the video, we painted the brown brick a nice soft cream color with navy shutters and door. We added a small front porch with a decorative wooden portico. We refinished all of the hardwoods throughout the house. New windows, paint, crown moulding, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, appliances, everything new! We split the closed in carport into separate spaces to create a small laundry room and a master suite on the back with it's own en-suite. There was no back door in the original home so we created a back hallway leading out to a small deck. In the master bedroom, we tore out the wall separating the other part of the enclosed carport and expanded the master to create a sitting area as you enter the room. We installed a tongue & groove ceiling, created a walk-in closet and a new master bath with double sinks, new subway tiles in shower and vanity backsplash and created a water closet for the toilet. To finish the project all off, we landscaped the property to complement the home's new look.
