The before pictures - The customers wanted to create a usable lounge space under their deck that would provide a relaxing space with a view out to their green space. We needed to add a retaining wall to cover the deck footings and clear out the tree seedlings killing their view.

The base layer is always the most time consuming part. We had to put in a retaining wall because the property sloped quite quickly away from the house and we didn't want the footings to be exposed.

The finished product - the customer chose an intersecting fan pattern for their patio, done in Roman Euro Cobble Stone with a contrasting soldier course.
