The living room is the first room you see when entering this property, so we wanted it to capture the potential buyer's attention right away. Although we weren't sure about painting the mint green on the walls, the silk draperies were too gorgeous to take down, so we matched the colour and voila.....

The walls were salmon coloured, so we painted them to match the gorgeous draperies and hung a new light fixture.

In order to make this gigantic family room warm and inviting, we used colour and texture from the shag carpet to the colourful toss pillows and wood accents. It all worked beautifully.

We used our clients counter stools and kitchen table because they worked with the traditional feeling of the space. We hung artwork to draw buyers to the banquette seating and then used red accents on the counter to balance the room.

We hung a new light fixture with the proper scale in this stunning master bedroom and painted the walls a very soft grey. The bedding has enough pattern to create interest, but doesn't overpower the space.
