We raised this clients sunken living room and removed their dark outside lanai to help create a bright open-concept kitchen/living room space. We used their bay window space to create a bar area that blended beautifully with their new kitchen, as well as to make room for a new pantry. These homeowners really wanted a large island that could fit 6 people, so we removed walls separating the kitchen and great room, as well as the kitchen and hall to incorporate a larger island. Adding all new wood floors throughout their home and putting on a fresh coat of paint really brought this home together.
