What a gorgeous kitchen. There's a closer up photo below. It's an unusual basketweave style, almost like a plaid turned on a 45 degree angle. I would try Ann Sacks Tile, Urban Archaeology or Artistic Tile. Any of these companies do custom mosaics and may have this as a stock item.
