These walls are a two tone cream and beige integral colored plaster. You can see this finish a little better in all rooms of this home, particularly the entry.
That is large cast iron Antique French Fireback set into the colored plaster. It's about 28" x 28" and you can find a nice selection of these at Jan De Luz in Carmel Valley. Below is a link to their website:

Hello Tracey, and thank you. Yes, these valances are custom. This is a French linen that has been discontinued. I would check fabrics from Pierre Frey for something similar, although this color is unusual. Good luck!
Hello! This antique pine table does not have a finish. My client simply applies a coat of Light Brown Briwax several times per year as you would with any antique piece.
Hello! The cabinets are paint grade alder with a two step painted and glazed finish. We used a warm gray background with a honey tone glaze to blend with the limestone counters. Thank you!

These are antique reclaimed wood beams that are very rustic and rough. Sorry, but I don't have a stain color for you. They're about 8"h x 10"w.
