These brackets were made from Spanish cedar. Central Jersey obviously doesn't experience the same weather challenges, so please consult with a local builder on what wood is best suited to the those conditions. Good luck! The Lasley Brahaney Team

The steps are located on the left side of the garage. The stairs give access to a restroom (for the pool adjacent) and the living space above the garage.

I looked up Artisan Garage doors and cannot find the Lexington line. Is it real wood or think vinyl which i have now. Am building a new house and would love your look. I have Artisan Symphony doors now. thank you

Cork flooring has its place as a very durable product and can be installed anywhere you would put a hard wood floor. It comes in different colors/sizes and is comfortable to the feet. We typically don't have a large demand for the product though and is not installed within this garage or guest room.

Forgive the delay in our answers, we our based in New Jersey and just getting back to work. The brackets were custom designed by our in house architects and are fabricated by a local custom woodworking company here in our area.
