@rachelxoxo and @rascal421:
This is a "sunburst" style mirror. I did a quick search via the Houzz Products tab, and I've attached a screen shot showing just a few of the MANY available. Also, it looks like the mirror glass pictured in the kitchen might be convex, which is often seen in bullseye mirrors.

The Global Views Nickel Sunburst Mirror ($448) and the Bullseye Sunburst Mirror, Large ($448) seem to be the same product, and are identical (or nearly identical) to the mirror pictured in the kitchen!

Might just be your monitor. Looks just like normal brown floors, though I'm sure the navy blue wall color reflects off of everything a little too.

There are no rules. I like to put them 1-1/2" from edge on bigger drawers and centered on small drawers.

What Houzz contributors are saying:
Erika Ward - Erika Ward Interiors added this to Interview: Timeless Kitchen and Bath Design
Erika Ward: When embarking on a kitchen renovation project, what is one of the most important elements of the design that clients generally overlook?
Erica Islas: Lighting is one of the most important elements of design and is typically overlooked by client simply because they are more focused on the larger prettier items like cabinetry and appliances.
Above: In this handsome kitchen, deep navy walls and ebony-stained wood floors provide a beautiful contrast of light and dark when paired with creamy cabinetry.
Jamie Gold, CKD, CAPS, MCCWC added this to 2012 Color Trends: Blues for the Kitchen and Bath
Indigo is a hot shade of blue this year, and it pairs as well with pale cabinetry as aqua and denim, albeit more dramatically. If you go this dark, you'll want as much natural light and brightness as this kitchen has.
Jason Ball Interior Design added this to 9 Ways to Use Rich, Dark Paint
3. Use a dark wall color to highlight the other design elements in the room. With any other color on these walls, the stunning cabinetry and marble counters would look washed out. By pairing these design elements with a deep navy, each element gets a chance to be noticed and appreciated.
Vanessa Brunner added this to From the Pros: How to Paint Interior Walls
Paint Picks From the ProsPhilip StoreyFor light walls: "C2's LoVo nonreflective flat is an excellent ultraflat finish that has tremendous hiding power and a very smooth finish. Pratt & Lambert's Accolade Velvet is a great eggshell finish that goes on ultrasmooth, is spatterless and covers extremely well. Both are low odor and low VOC."For dark walls: "Fine Paints of Europe's Eurolux Matte is an incredible product for painting dark walls. Their unique pigment system creates high-powered coverage in an exceptionally durable paint." Alex DavisonFor light walls: "I always buy Regal Select [Benjamin Moore], as this is a very good product, low VOC and at a fair price."For dark walls: "Restoration Hardware has a paint which are their own colors tinted into actual Benjamin Moore paint, so you have the quality and the designer touch. Look at Slate for an example." Jackie Jordan and Rick WatsonFor dark and light walls: Both recommend Sherwin-Williams' Emerald Interior Paint. "It flows like melted butter," says Watson. "The flow and leveling characteristics of this paint make a beginning painter look like a pro."
