You can buy them on eBay. I prefer the ones with no center wall so it's just one open sink. I have had one for 9 years and would never use any other type of sink

It looks to me to be real wood indeed-walnut? Mesquite? Cedar? I can't tell. The would needs to be oiled with many layers if a food safe oil. Coat it-wipe excess off-let dry and repeat several times.

One of the sink faucets is for filtered drinking water. The faucet by the stove is a pot filler.
