Hello and thanks for your feedback! Our butcher's block is 84mm thick and was hand made with slabs of American Oak laminated together for stability.

Wine fridge under island bench - except I would prefer it on the "inside" of the kitchen, with glassware in drawers or hanging racks next to it if there is the space.
