Yes, because it is a commercial refrigerator there is a noise factor, however its not unbearable. In this application, it is installed in a room adjacent to the main kitchen area and there are pocket doors to close off and soften the noise as necessary.

It is called fashion grey. Custom through out cabinet company so unfortunately not a paint color available through ben moore, sherwin williams, etc.
