Yes, I've seen it at Ikea. It anchors the floor with the darker color.

Try any of the italian or german fine cabinetmakers. This color is no longer made by the original maker. Scavolini, Alno, etc.

It is a high gloss lacquer paint over mdf.

This was a german company that no longer manufactures. It was painted lacquer.
