Second story sleeping loft located on Tybee Island in Savannah, GA. Behind the white flowing curtains are built in beds each adorned with a nautical reading light and built-in hideaway niches. The space is light and airy with painted gray floors, all white walls, old rustic beams and headers, wood paneling, tongue and groove ceilings, dormers, vintage rattan furniture, mid-century painted pieces, and a cool hangout spot for the kids.

Hi! Thanks for the inquiry. The night stands are vintage; probably from the early 60s. We spray lacquered the drawers and base white and had the drawer pulls power coated (painted) bright yellow. Shop your local antique or flea markets for similar tables and re-imagine them in a new color! Good luck!

Shorter windows for better furniture placement. Expensive but something to consider if bedroom windows need to be replaced
The plywood was unfinished so we sanded and painted it to match the bed surround. You can also opt to stain or apply a clear coat of polyurethane or equivalent. Just choose a veneer plywood (birch, maple, oak, etc). A lot of these options are available at Home Depot.
