To answer your question i am not sure what type of window this is so i will just run through all of them. Aluminum windows are anodized, not painted and vinyl window are colored when they are extruded. Most steel windows are painted however. The bronze windows in the comment above are a very low maintenance patina such as the images below. I hope this is of assistance to you!

What color are the kitchen cabinets
Regarding the paint colors, the ceiling and trim if in fact are white dove paint color, are a Ben Moore paint, not a SW. There is a popular SW paint called Dover White which these may be. Also, these cabs are SW Alabaster. Weird, but these are my kitchen colors as well. White Dove is Ben Moore's most popular color for trim and Dover White is SW most popular white. Can the builder clarify or confirm? Thanks.

If you site finish the floors and they dont have bevels between the planks this helps a lot with water issues. Those are beautiful Plain Sawn Oak grain floors. Love the stain color.
I have an ll foot island. I was thinking of 4 pendants. Also I have sloped ceiling, highest point over island is 16 feet, then goes down to 12. I purchased 19 inch long pendants, how high should they go over island?

My dream kitchen!! Can you tell what sheen you used on the cabinets & trim i.e. satin, semi gloss or gloss? Also, what sheen were used on the walls i.e eggshell, satin or flat? I assume the sheen of the ceiling is flat??

There are various appliances on either side of the island. As you can see in this diagonal shot. No, there is not a second sink. However, there's a mudroom off the kitchen (thru the doorway next to the fridge). Keep in mind, this is a chancellor's residence. Therefore, there's an entirely separate full kitchen for catering/staff during large event entertaining.

Does the hood vent out to the side of the house? I am trying to figure out how to vent my hood when I reno the kitchen. I will be going to the original 11 foot tall ceilings.

The kitchen pass-through connects to an eat-in nook (to the left/west in the photo). You can also see it in some of the accompanying photos. I should mention that from the perspective of where this photo is taken (straight behind) is a family room. Also 'connected' to this space is a formal dining room (think south/west). It truly is the centerpoint of this home.
