Thank you, unfortunately when I went to talk to our floor guy today he had already applied a first coat of an oil based poly. I'm not loving the amber color and I really wanted a water based because of the fumes. Would we need to resand the floor at this point to use a water based poly and would you recommend Bona Traffic or something else?.

These look like Thomasville cabinets, even the trim, pulls, knobs etc. I've done several kitchens with these cabinets & love all the high-end finishes and custom look you get in the end.

I am in the same situation! We just purchased a home and, to be budget conscious, are going to keep the current oak floors and white cabinets. Where did you get the back splash? I've looked at some tumbled stone, but I'm afraid an off-white or tan will make the cabinets look dirty. Any great suggestions?

The ceilings are 9", the upper cabinets are 42", the crown molding on the cabinets are 5", ceiling crown moldings is around 9".

The corner stove will change the look because you will lose the detail over the stove. However, it will still be a great kitchen.
