Thanks so much. We are going with dark shaker style cabinets, very similar to these. Having trouble deciding on a back splash tho. I will def send pics when it is finished. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

That sounds great! If you want to stay in a lower price point, a nice subway tile is very classic, but if you are looking to upgrade a bit, a lighter stone would be beautiful.
