The flooring product is called Thresher, it is old reclaimed loft barn wood. The product is very labor intensive, and only has a 40% usability rate. It also needs to be hand sanded, and is relatively soft in nature. The finish consists of 3 Coats of Bona Natural Finish over Watco Medium Walnut Danish Oil. OSM sourced it, milled it, and installed it. It is not recommended that you install this over tile. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office, (406) 586-1500.

This wall has typical 2" x 6" framing and insulation behind interior stone veneer. One of our PMs think adding any insulation to an existing brick wall will change the look either inside or out. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact our office, (406) 586-1500.
