This is a 6 unit apartment building in the heart of Lebanon. It was in real rough shape before we got there and based on the customers plans to own the building long term, they elected to go with 2 finish coats of premium paint (Benjamin Moore Aura) and the top shelf Mad Dog Primer.

We did not paint the window sash or the front deck because other work is planned for those areas, but everything else we painted.

Another cool thing we did here was convert the front porch ceiling from an old varnish finish to a painted finish using the color "birds egg".
