Total Makeover to this house.

Before we began, this house was beige with a pale yellow trim color. Some of the trim had oil-based paint on it, so it was critical that all the trim was full primed before top-coating with a waterborne finish paint. The screen inserts that wrap around the porch were in rough shape, so the customer gave us the go ahead to have them repaired in addition to the painting. We painted every surface both inside and out on this house including all the operable windows, the lattice, the small roof vents, etc.

The doors were painted with an oil based paint to add durability since doors are exposed to heavy traffic.
