Modernization of a 1-story 1939 craftsman style home with a new 2-story house replicating the historic character of the original. The home's design includes a 15kw solar array + achieve Platinum certification for Arlington County Green Home Choice (GHC) program. Starting in late-March, the original house will be taken down + recycled by Second Chance.
