This Center Square townhouse home located in Albany, NY had a second floor that consists of one 300 sq' bedroom. The objective was to divide the space into two bedrooms and find a unique storage solution for their vast book collection along with storage. By reorganizing the entry sequence into the master bedroom, there was an unique opportunity to design a new new railing condition that doubled as built in book shelves and was able hold various indoor plants.
