This unique historic townhouse located is located in the Washington Park Historic District in Albany, NY. The space was originally divided up into two separate spaces one for a laundry room / storage area and the other for a narrow bathroom. By combining the spaces and reconfiguring the space we were able to develop a project that included double shower, bathroom, and laundry room all in one space while working within the footprint of the space.
