This poor, outdated kitchen had been haphazardly modified over the years in a 1920's bungalow. Space planning was critical to transform a non-functional front room into a new dining space, as well as to reverse the kitchen layout so that new, large windows could be placed for abundant natural light. This allowed for a nice sized island with under mount sink.
