The "before" basement was functional, but lacked warmth. A new electric fireplace was inserted into the brick base of the upper level fireplace and new flooring added throughout. The dated paneling was painted, and the concrete block window wall was concealed with floor to ceiling curtains. New, custom furnishings, with area rug, now make the space both functional AND warm. A bath and laundry room were included in the design.
