2113 S State is a typical project for people who rent an apartment. Our task was to upgrade the old architecture to a more modern one. We had to renovate everything from staircases to apartments. New high ceilings, new upgraded kitchens were built in the apartments. Each unite has a central air / heat and own laundry. The bathrooms are equipped with new tiles, sinks, toilet bowls and shower space.
