Chicago apartment building made from scratch!

Our team has put a lot of work and energy into this project. We made every room to be friendly and modern. Functional kitchens created in such a small space look very revealing. The entire surface of the flat is designed for large openings. This provides functionality and the rooms seem very large. Each apartment is equipped with a bathroom and many closets in the bedrooms.

Our team had to prepare the building for apartment rental. We have put a lot of work into making the rooms usable with a modern style finish and plenty of space to move around.

We made this narrow corridor usable, replaced the floor with laminate and decorated the wall with baseboard also installed new lights and painted the ceiling and walls. What's more we have installed a new interior door in the hallway leading to the bedroom.
