The homeowners had recently moved into this newly-constructed home and were struggling to place their existing furniture. The house had great features and great potential, but the interior was boring and bland. Some of the pieces (including most of the great room furniture) had to stay and be incorporated into the new design. The homeowners didn't have a strong sense of what they wanted. The only guidance we got was from the wife's statement, "I kind of like red". Not much to go on, but RED would be what we used to inject life into the spaces and unify the living areas on the main level of the home. This project included the dining room, great room, and breakfast area. You can see BEFORE photos of this project below.
