Adding Bathroom on Main Level

This renovation involved adding a 3-piece bathroom to the main floor. A dividing wall was built in the living room and a door was added, going from the bathroom into the main floor office space. A single sink vanity with a matching vanity mirror was installed. We added an alcove shower with sliding glass doors and a porcelain tile shower surround, featuring a shower bench and shower grab bars for easy accessibility. A toilet was installed with a flip up grab bar and 12x24 gray porcelain tile was installed for the bathroom flooring. In the living room we painted the walls, removed the suspended ceilings and installed flat drywall ceilings.
