Located in scenic downtown Edmonds, the intent for Alder House was to embrace the 240 degree view of the Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound, and the Edmonds ferryboats without including the house located directly in front of the property. This was accomplished by creating public areas that flowed elegantly and opened up to the view. The vaulted ceilings of the great room, spacious kitchen and open dining room perfectly showcase the modern design and the stunning scenery of Edmonds.
