Sunset Way House was a new construction project that presented design challenges due to the property sitting on a ravine with stream flowing through it. The solution was to grade the site and re-direct drainage. The 4,000 sq. ft home is built into the hillside with the entry, great room, master suite, and kitchen sitting on the main floor. 4 bedrooms and other bonus rooms are located on the lower level which is partially built into the hillside. This craftsman style bungalow offers spacious family living with spectacular views of the Puget Sound and Whidbey Island.
