Richmond Beach House
This remodel and addition project utilized the framework of a 1920’s era house. First the existing cinder block foundation was upgraded to meet modern structural criteria, yet the overarching objective was to create an open great room that elegantly linked to the sleeping spaces upstairs. The new entry-way concept beautifully brought in light with a grid of windows, vaulted ceiling, and an open staircase. An expanded deck and new master suite deck took advantage of the expansive views of Puget Sound making this an appealing craftsman style beach house.
