This project consists of an all-season porch and deck addition to an existing ranch home. The all-season porch utilizes a proprietary enclosure system which allows the owner to raise and lower the windows as desired based on the weather conditions. It is screened at all times. The architecture compliments the house while presenting its own modern flare. The vaulted ceiling with clear spanning ridge beam and natural wood tones create a warm and inviting space year round. The adjacent sunbathing deck is complete with a modern wood and galvanized steel railing system. The exterior is clad in rough-sawn pine.
