The Altadore home was ready for a modern refresh, and MMID was here to help! The main living room is light, bright and cozy. It is the perfect space for relaxing with family. MMID chose a warm lighter colour for the walls which compliments the plush sofa and daybed. An abstract area rug helps to ground the space, and it coordinates with blue and black accent colours. The homeowners wanted to keep their existing dining table which was retouched and paired well with the transitional cream-coloured dining chairs. We chose a neutral-coloured striped area rug that compliments the warm tones in the wood furniture. Their new dining room also includes a plush olive tree and new modern decor to create a warm and inviting space for them and their guests. A mix of subtle texture and warm whites contrasted by blue and green accents help make this home beautiful and functional for all their family.
