MMID had the pleasure of working with Sunview Custom Homes on one of their luxury million-dollar homes in South Shore Chestermere. The whole main floor is light, bright and spacious. Warm wood tones complement blue and green accents. The home was laid out with family and practicality in mind, the entryway has a seating area and the first room you see is multi-purpose to suit any client's needs. There is a grand staircase that has glass and wood railings to keep the main floor an open concept space. The home has a large custom kitchen with impressive marbled countertops, a custom coffee bar and even a spice kitchen! The whole upstairs is inviting and airy with each room intentionally designed to feel like "home".
