We transformed this young couple's Condo leaving it light, bright and beautiful. This Condo will support them with every step they take in their life. This couple was ready to turn this outdated Condo into a functional and stunning space! Using the original kitchen footprint we added more cabinet storage and countertop space. Not only that, but we even gave them room for a dishwasher in their kitchen, it was about time! MMID helped our clients stick to their budget by re-using items such as keeping their recently purchased fridge and oven. Their countertops were repurposed from their family member's kitchen along with the cabinetry hardware. We created a seamless transitional style by combining modern clean lines with traditional details in the furniture and lighting. This style helped combine our client's styles while keeping the home in perfect shape for future resale. New paint and flooring were a huge change that helped make the main floor feel larger and welcoming. Pot lights were added throughout the space, as well as an updated chandelier above the dining table to compliment the transitional style. To help them with extra storage, a dry bar was added in their living room to make their home that much more functional!
