This project involved the restoration of an art studio originally designed as part of the Dabney Estate in Mission Canyon by the architecture firm of Edwards-Pitman. When I purchased the property there was the art studio and a small outbuilding. The restoration process involved taking both buildings down to the studs and then reconstructing them in a way that fit both the original architectural style and natural landscape. The landscaping on this project was key and I couldn't have done it without the excellent eye of Margie Grace.
