This renovation was done for a young family in the revitalized Arcadia area of Phoenix. A high contrast black and white theme modernizes the space. Black hexagon porcelain tiles anchor the floor creating a backdrop to the crisp white freestanding tub and vanity cabinetry. Matte black hardware and fixtures pop against the classic white subway tile. Contrasting grout in the shower creates rhythm and interest. A custom bookcase nook replaced the original face frame linen closet allowing for a place to display keepsakes. A side soap niche in the shower controls clutter in style.
