A massive leak in the kitchen prompted this renovation. New design features include an on-trend color scheme of blonde rift oak and painted white cabinetry highlighted by matte black and brass metals. The oversized island pendants anchor the gathering space. Contrasting floating shelves flank the hood with matching banding. Glass cabinet doors show off the clients dishes and glassware. The hard-working but charming farmhouse sink overlooks the pool and patio.
