The renovation included a first and second-floor addition, providing approximately 550 square feet of extra space. This expansion allowed us to create a luxurious primary suite on the second floor, complete with a walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom featuring a rain head and handheld shower. On the first floor, we introduced a multi-functional room that could serve as an office or bedroom.

Understanding the importance of natural light and an open layout, we incorporated large glass elements in the design to connect the interior spaces with the backyard. This not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also improved the overall ambiance, making the home feel more spacious and inviting.
