This historic Queen Anne Victorian home needed a strategic intervention. We opened up the smaller first floor rooms, added a fireplace and a graceful, safer staircase that integrates the center of the home. 2 bedrooms were added upstairs over the existing space at the rear of the house, including a gorgeous master suite. Beautiful, classic detailing and built-ins were incorporated into all of the newly renovated rooms. The result was a stunning makeover of this charming Chagrin Village home!
