This project was an Accessory Apartment Addition for two professional artists. The open-plan Living area, in conjunction with cathedral ceilings and clerestory windows was to create a communicating spaces with ample natural ventilation and a tremendous amount of sun light. In addition, we designed a new Master Bedroom suite off of the Living space.
