This house is located near the beautiful downtown center of Edgartown, MA. Our task was to convert this cottage into a cozy one Bedroom getaway for visiting guests.

A few of the design features were to introduce cathedral ceilings in the Master Bedroom and Living Rm., reconfigure the layout of the Living Rm. to offer better seating arrangement in front of the Fireplace, relocate the Kitchen to provide direct access to both the Dining Area and the Living Rm., introduce a larger Bathroom with a walk-in Shower and reconfigure the Mud Rm. to provide new built-ins and a Sitting Area. All finishes, fixtures and house systems were replaced, including all new windows and doors.
