Aspen Estates

This project was one of three projects for the same client! The family wanted a nice and simple yard utilizing black mulch for beds for good contrast and nice curb appeal. We installed concrete edge, an address rock as well as a concrete fire pit area with a custom made natural rock gas fire pit. We also inset stepping stones and added landscape lighting and a cedar fence to match the developers guidelines.

Inlaid natural rock step stones lead you from the exposed aggregate patio to the fire pit area where we built a custom gas natural rock fire pit. Concrete edge separates the mulched beds from the grass areas and a cedar fence was built to the developers architectural guidelines.

The side yard was constructed with large natural rock slab steps and landscape lighting for functionality. We used aggregate for low maintenance and a cedar fence that adheres to the developer architectural guidelines.

We built this pressure treated window well and then dressed it up by capping it and cladding it with cedar to match the fence and the rest of the project. Details!!!
