Priddis Greens

This massive project took the better part of two seasons to complete. Over 500 tons of rock to construct massive walls as well as steps down 200 feet from the house to the grotto down by the creek!! The grotto is home to a stainless steel Bradford custom spa and fully heated flagstone deck. We had to run electrical, gas, and install our own water hydrant to get water from the house down to the grotto's hidden concrete boiler room. From there the boiler heats the spa as well as the patio and the room houses the auto-fill and auto-chem for the spa. The project was very cool to design and build!!!
