At this unit we converted an office space in to an one bedroom apartment. Drawings from an architect were submitted. After we gutted the entire unit, we installed new subfloor to level the floor. We framed the walls and installed new electrical and plumbing. New bathroom, new kitchen, oak floors and exposed brick. All new doors. Some work was done at the back yard too.
