This brown stone was gutted and build all from the beginning. The front façade was stripped and stucco was applied at the entire area. We had to also structurally secure the upper level of the front elevation. At the back of the building we dug and water proofed the basement wall. We installed a new steel patio, new blue stones at the backyard and a new fence with treated wood. All interior was fully renovated. This work took us 9 months to be completed.
