This apartment was designed and constructed all custom made. At the living room we exposed the wood beams and the brick walls. We applied stucco at the old fire places and custom made the counter top pendant lights and the duct from the exhaust hood. We also installed 3 fans on the wall and ceiling as the client didn't like the AC units. At the bathroom we installed a jacuzzi and 3 different type of lighting all with dimmer switches.
