At a brown stone which was abandoned for a long time we did a complete renovation for the entire building. The work took about a year to be completed. We tried to keep the old architectural elements of it and restore them. The building consists a duplex apartment at the two lower levels and two rental units at the two upper floors. New stucco in the façade, new windows, new plumbing and electric through out, new bathroom and kitchens new hard wood floors.
